�Letters To My Mother� Premiered Successfully In Lagos

The much talked �about Ghanaian movie titled �LETTERS TO MY MOTHER� was premiered in Lagos last week at Silver �bird Cinemas Galleria, Victoria , Island , Nigeria. The movie which has already started scooping lots of international Awards like Best Pan African Actor of the year-John Dumelo (Nigerian Entertainment Awards 2013), Ivory Coast Film Awards (Kafui Danku) brought together all the Ghanaian movie stars who starred in the movie like (John Dumelo,Adjetey Annang, Kafui Danku,Paulina Oduro,Roselyn Ngissah and Award winning Director, Pascal Amanfo. Supported by the Marketing, Events and promotions, Robert Ekow Arko �Plmistic) from Ghana to Lagos. After the premiere which was successfully attended by Nigerian movie fans �Kafui Danku� the producer of the film made these revelations to the media. �As part of the efforts to reach our global audience, movie viewers and cinemas experiences, ABC pictures Limited is poised to chum out great movies, great content, great story lines and spectacular display of talents and artistry, so we decided to come out with our first product titled �LETTERS TO MY MOTHER� with a storyline that is not common in our movie industry and can meet the cinemas standards in the world� she said. She added that she is blissful with the great turnout of the premier which also shows that, there is another avenue for Ghanaian film makers to also make use of their counterparts. �it�s not always suppose to be Ghanaian movie being premiered in Ghana, but rather all over African countries, because if we are able to get few returns from every country, it will help and support productions, so apart from the movie premiere here in Nigeria, the movie is also going to tour other countries, whiles the showing continues in Ten (10) Cinemas in Nigeria� she revealed. John Dumelo also told the media that, although he has starred in many Ghanaian Nigerian films, the movie �LETTERS TO MY MOTHER� is the first movie premiere he has attended in Nigeria and he�s very happy about the response from Movie fans. On the other hand, Adjetey Annan also thinks the attendance was encouraging and that , movie makers should not give up but rather open more market avenues in other for Ghanaian movies to enter into places through premiers etc.
