NDC Importing Victory T-Shirts?

The Battle of Evidence may have ended when after 46 days of a gruelling legal contest in the highest court of the land, parties in the presidential election petition concluded their evidence last week. And though the case may be far from over, grapevine reports have it that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in negotiation with a Chinese manufacturing company to design victory T-Shirts emblazooned in the partys colours. According to reports, the ruling party, so optismistic of a legal victory, and in anticipation of that contracted the Chinese firm to print the innovative T-shirts for the d-day celebrations. The party is likely to don the victory T-shirts in the event that the nine member justices rule against the petitioners. But National Organizer, Yaw Boateng Gyan has discounted the report describing it as simply a jovial comment. He stated categorically on OKAY FM that, the party has no intentions of bearing any unnecessary cost all in the name of victory celebration. I am the National Organizer in the party (NDC) and anything concerning the party in one way or the other, passes through my desk and I am very active as well. The party has never dreamt of importing T-Shirts, never. And again we have never dreamt about re-run of elections. If you have a case in court and very sure of your evidence, you will never think of a runoff. I am sure the NPP facts in court are not accurate and they are not sure themselves of winning. There is no truth in the allegation. We are waiting patiently for the declaration. NDC is not importing any T-Shirts as claimed by the opposition (NPP), he said.
