NDC MP: Ade Coker Is Indirectly Telling Our Opponents Our Party Is Weak

The decision by some national executives of the NDC to express their unhappiness about the dismissal of four MMDCEs on airwaves has been described as disrespect to the President and a bad way of communicating with the hierarchy of the party. The executives, led by Mr. Ade Coker appealed to President Mahama to reappoint Mr. Rex Daniel Wusah, Numo Adinortey Addison, Robert Kempes Ofosu-Ware and Ebenezer Nii Armah Tackie after they have been sacked from office. However, the decision to make this appeal on radio and newspaper outlets by the executives, didnt sit down well with Hon. Ernest Attuquaye Armah who saw it as a sure way of arming opposition parties with internal matters that can dismantle the NDC. In an interview with Okay FM, the Member of Parliament for the Trobu- Amasaman constituency explained that before President Mahama took the decision to lay the MMDCEs off, he did a lot of underground works before arriving at that conclusion. According to him, the Presidents decision to replace the sack MMDCEs, doesnt call for internal challenges which could be seized as an opportunity by political opponents to disturb the NDC. He directly warned Mr. Ade Coker to be mindful of the fact that he is indirectly telling the President that the decision he took is wrong. But we should bear in mind the English have a saying that goes like this the Queen does no wrong. Before the Queen takes a decision, a lot is taken into account. She meets with people and deliberate on the issue before making the decision.
