NPP Youth Congratulates Nana Addo And Others

The Youth Wing of NPP wishes to associate itself with the statement delivered by our Flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo that whilst I disagree with the Courts decision, I accept it. We have always expressed our position that the supremacy of the law is without measure, and would therefore continue to show our commitment to preserve the unity, democracy and the rule of law in this country. The National Youth Wing appeals to all members of the Party, particularly the Youth, to remain resolute, loyal and committed to our course, believing that nothing has been lost since we have proven to the whole world; we are indeed the fore bearers of democracy in Ghana. The fact however remains that, as a Nation, we were all looking forward to overcoming economic hardships, unemployment corruption and the level of despondency the Youth of this country has been subjected to under this audio-visual-oral impaired government. However, the Court has spoken and we abide by their decision for the forward march of the Nation. The work of the Party continues in high spirits and all must get on board with strength for a brighter future for the good people of Ghana. We would like to express our profound gratitude to Nana Addo Dankwa-Akufo Addo and Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia for providing inspirational leadership and upholding the tenets of Democracy and the Rule of Law. We equally commend our National Officers for the astute manner in which they have led and directed the affairs of the Party in these trying times. Special mention can be made of the indefatigable legal team and the volunteers who by dint of hard work put us that far. We continue to implore the Youth to remain calm, law abiding and be proud that we have fought gallantly for the Party and Ghana as a whole. The Battle is Still the Lords!!!
