President John Mahama has appointed industrialist and management consultant Michael Agyekum Addo as Chairman of the reconstituted Board of the Ghana Investment Promotions Centre (GIPC). Other members of the GIPC Board appointed by the President in consultation with the Council of State include Stephanie Baeta-Ansah, Irene Demanya, Gwenda Sam, Aaron Dickson, Ebenezer Nii Ayi Aryeetey, Aaron Rex Opoku-Ahene and the Ag. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the GIPC, Mawuena Trebarh. A letter from the Presidency, which made this known, said other boards reconstituted by the President are the PSC Tema Shipyard Company and the Intercity STC Coaches Limited Boards. For the reconstituted board of PSC Tema Shipyard Company, its members include Rear Admiral Mohammed M. Tahiru- Chairman, Cornelius K. A. Djameh, Nancy Amarteifio, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, Dominic Ayine, Kwaku Ricketts Hagan and the company�s Ag Chief Executive. The reconstituted board of Intercity STC Coaches Limited has Patrick Vanderpuye as Chairman, Yaw Obimpeh, Anita Esi Annan, Professor S. B. Kendie, Abraham Amaliba, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei and the Acting Managing Director.
