NDC Makes The Youth Feel Being Part Of The SystemNPP Should Take A Cue

Former NPP Greater Accra Regional Communications Director, Michael Kwabena Ampong has called on his party members to take a cue from the leadership of the ruling National Democratic Congress. Speaking in an interview with Radio Gold, Ampong said the ruling party has built a strong relationship with the Ghanaian youth, hence placing them a step ahead of the NPP. He noted that the NDC government gives hope to the youth and also helps them to discover their potentials. This, he believed, makes the NDC much more attractive. He therefore admonished his compatriots to learn from the NDC in their quest to make the party appealing to the youth in the country. The NDC, in all honesty, gives a lot of hope to the youth of Ghana than maybe the NPP; not because the NDC is doing well in governmentbut in terms of programmes, in terms of giving the youth aspirations and trying to lead to make them have a feeling that theyre part of a system, he stated. He further disclosed that his desire to contest the position of the National Youth Organizer of the NPP so as to consolidate the partys fortunes. Ive done enough work and I believe that the good people of this party will look at my commitment, my expertise and our faithfulness to the party and give us the nodOnce Im given the nod, we will be come up with the right strategies, the right programmes that will make our party more attractive and appealing not just to NPP youth but the entire youth of Ghana.
