The patron for the Asamankese branch of the NDC youth group �YOUTH FOR MAHAMA� Shirley Nana Akosua has called on the various interest groups within the party to shelve their individual interests and rally behind the president to enable him succeed. According to her, that is the only means the president can focus and deliver on the promises he made to Ghanaians during the electioneering period. Speaking to the media ahead of the one year anniversary celebration of the group in Asamankese in the lower west Akim constituency, Madam Akosua said it is important for Ghanaians to understand that regardless of the resilience of the Ghanaian economy the litigation in court over the election negatively affected the affairs of the state. She said this notwithstanding the president and his team is currently working to fix the economic challenges. She also urged Ghanaians to be receptive to the various job creation opportunities that the government will be introducing in the coming days since youth unemployment is a major concern to the president and his government. She appealed to the supporters of the party to be united and committed to the cause of the party.
