NLA launches Afehyia Pa promo

The National Lottery Authority (NLA) on Thursday launched the Afehyia Pa promo in Accra to increase sales and revenues as well as rewarding hardworking retailers. The promo is scheduled to start from November 2013, and would run over a three month period. Speaking at the launch, Brigadier-General Martin Ahiaglo, Director General of NLA said apart from the financial target, the promo would reward hard working retailers as well as creating the opportunity for them to work harder and increase their commissions. NLA is constantly concerned about the lives and performance of its nationwide retailers, and is therefore on the constant look out for mutually beneficial ways of improving their living conditions, he said. He assured that this years Incentive Scheme has been elevated to give out tangible prizes, and that, over 516 prizes including 6 Hyundai saloon cars could be won by the end of the promotion. Through this Promo the retailer is encouraged to increase personal sales, thereby increasing his/her own profits, as well as becoming entitled to a chance to win a vast array of life enriching goodies such as a brand new car, gas cookers, refrigerators, cash prizes, LED television, amongst others, he said. Brigadier-General Ahiaglo urged all retailers to take active part in the promotion, and shun all lottery businesses that are illegal and detrimental to the health of Ghanas economy.
