Black stars Assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has stated that the most crucial moment in his career is now. The former Asante Kotoko striker is on the verge of making history with his boss Akwasi Appiah as they step close to qualifying Ghana to her third World cup appearance in Brazil. Ghana's last two appearances at the World cup has come by way of Serbian coaches. Akwasi Appiah and Maxwell Konadu are working as Coaches at the national level for the second time. The duo masterminded the Black Meteors success at the 2011 All African Games in Mozambique.
