Former Ghana coach, Milovan Rejavac has professed his undying love for the Black Stars, three years after leading the team to a quarter final finish at the South Africa 2010 World Cup. Rajevac told GNA Sports in Egypt where he joined hundreds of people to watch the final qualifier at the Air Defence Stadium on Tuesday that, �I still love Ghana and that is why I traveled from Serbia just to watch them play Egypt.� The Serb who refused to renew his contract after the 2010 World Cup lavished praises on the Black Stars trainer, Kwesi Appiah and the team for qualifying for a third successive World Cup. Ghana, Africa�s best performers at the last two editions of the global gathering of 32 teams has been tipped to remain the continent�s flag bearer by the Serbian. He told GNA Sports that �This team is a good team that can go far. I have been following them and I can see the quality.� Milovan, who led Ghana to a quarter final finish in South Africa, was full of admiration for Appiah who was an assistant to the Serb when Africa hosted the rest of the world at the senior level for the first time at the 2010 gathering. �I am happy for Appiah and Ghana for qualifying for a third World Cup and especially because it was done with a Ghanaian coach. The first two were done by Serbians and now with a Ghanaian coach. �He (Appiah) is a good coach and he has done well with the team. He was my assistant and has matured now. I am very proud of him�. Appiah has made history as the first indigenous coach to have qualified the Black Stars to the Mundial. Milovan said he was currently jobless. �Now I am not coaching, I am enjoying and relaxing now.� Ghana will be one of the continent�s five representatives at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
