Benin pipped a ten-man Ghana side 1-0 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi in the Wafu Cup on Saturday. The West Africans scored the only goal of the game from the spot after Ghana's Emmanuel Asante committed a penalty. Ghana created the chances in the first half but failed to take advantage of their opportunities and the Beninoises returned from the break to score the only goal of the game. Ghana won its first game of the competition 4-1 against Sierra Leone.
