The Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur will be appearing before the Committee set up by the Chief Justice to investigate allegations that she influenced the Justices of the Supreme Court in the election petition case.
The Committee headed by retired Supreme Court Judge, Professor Justice Date-Baah has two weeks to investigate the veracity of the allegations made by Victoria Hammah on a leaked tape.
The dismissed Deputy Communications minister Victoria Hammah who was caught making the allegations on the leaked tape will also be appearing before the committee soon.
