We Indeed Have A Short Memory, Otherwise; Why Would Ghanaians Have Voted For NDC?

Former National Youth Organiser of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP), James Kwabena Bomfeh Jnr, popularly known as Kabila has asked President John Dramani Mahama to be grateful that Ghanaians have short memory. He said had it not been our short memory Ghanaians would not have voted for this government again during the 2012 Presidential election. President Mahama on Saturday, told a congregation in Accra at the inauguration of the Revival Restoration Centre of the Assemblies of God Church at Roman Ridge, that Ghanaians have very short memory, which makes them easily forget about the achievements made by his administration. We indeed have a short memory. Had it not been our short memory, Mr. President there is no way Ghanaians would have voted for the NDC government especially looking at how the country is deeply rooted in corruption; never!!talk of Woyome, Isofoton, Waterville, guinea fowls, and so on he remarked on PeaceFM's Kokrokoo. Citing the energy crisis the country experienced some time ago, President Mahama also said: The energy crisis is solved. We dont remember the darkness we were in and so weve put that behind us and were looking at what the other challenges are. However, Kabila was of the view that the President chose the wrong example, adding, there is still dum so dum so in the country. He pointed out that if the President was to conduct investigations on the quiet, he will notice that there is still erratic power outages; stressing that probably, his (President) advisors are misinforming him of the current state of power supply in the country. Unfortunately for the President, he chose the wrong example because there are still indiscriminate power outages. It is not a thing of the past as the President wants us to believe he added.
