Carlos Roberto Dumps King Faisal, Set For Medeama Deal

King Faisal head coach Carlos Roberto Paullete has dumped the Kumasi-based club and is set for a 2 year deal with CAF Confederations cup campaigners Medeama SC, Ghana Sports can reveal. The Peruvian who formerly coached relegated Real Tamale United left Ghana for his home country after the first round of the Ghana league only to return with a different ambition. Paullete told GHANASPORTS "I can confirm that I wouldnt be working with King Faisal again in the next round of the league because I need to take a new step". "Clearly, King Faisal has shown that it is a club without ambition and a club that doesnt want to improve so if you have to stay and be in a club such as this, it means you also don dont want to improve". "The people at King Faisal want us to sacrifice but they at the top do not want to sacrifice for us" He said. "I have several offers including Hearts of Oak and Medeama but my decision has not been concrete yet". Ghanasports investigations has revealed that the 56 year old has been offered a lucrative 2 year deal by Medeama as the Tarkwa-based side seek to appoint a new coach after head coah Augustine Adottey's was appointed as Head coach of Ghana's U-17 Female National Team.
