With the average woman now waiting until the age of 30 before walking down the aisle, brides in their teens and twenties are becoming an increasingly endangered species. But not everyone is prepared to wait, among them Lauren Scott, 18, from Lancashire, who recently married her boyfriend of 11 months, despite opposition from her mother. And Lauren isn't the only teenager keen to walk down the aisle at an age when most of her peers are focused on A-levels instead.
