First Capital Plus Signs $10m Deal With GFA To Become Title Sponsor Of The League

Ghanasportsonline.com understands that First Capital Plus, a fast growing banking institution has signed a 5-year deal with the Ghana FA to become the title sponsor of the domestic League. The deal was reportedly approved Tuesday evening. The deal, reportedly worth 10 million dollars, will see First Capital Plus Bank paying the GFA 2 million dollars per year First Capital Plus Bank was one of the companies which the FA were having negotiations with over the past weeks to sponsor the domestic League. The first round of the League was played without a sponsor after the FA had terminated its contract with Globacom last year. In a telephone chat with a branch manager of the financial institution name withheld, he said �I am aware there is a proposal to sponsor the league that we are discussing but I have to find out from our corporate office if it has finally been signed,� He exclusively told Ghana Sports.
