An infant who had a bullet lodged in his head during Sunday's attack on a church near Kenya's coastal city of Mombasa has been flown to the capital Nairobi for specialised treatment.
Doctors will now try to remove the bullet to save the 18-month-old boy's life, a BBC correspondent says.
