Ghana Black Stars head coach James Kwasi Appiah yesterday met Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers and other key technical staff of the Reds at Anfield with the parties making time to make presentations and, Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal. Kwasi Appiah and some members of his backroom staff have been in the United Kingdom to gain some practical insight at Liverpool and other clubs as the contingent Ghana watched Burton Albion home game against Wycombe Wanderers on Wednesday. Coach Appiah earlier spent a week with Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini and his staff and and same arrangement were made at Anfield in his bid to gain more experience. Appiah yesterday met the Anfield technical staff to wrap up their tour of the United Kingdom and alsi exchange pleasantries with the staff at Anfield at a ceremony where presentation were made by the Ghanaian staff to Rodgers and his team.
