Bull Dog Did Not Kill Fennec Lawyer

The lawyer of Nana Asiamah Hanson aka Bull Dog, Gary Nimako Marfo has said that nothing connects his client to the murder of artiste manager Fennec Okyere in view of the material facts presented to the court. Mr. Nimako Mafo averred that was the reason why Bull Dog was granted bail on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 by the Human Rights Court in Accra. Bull Dog, who is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bull Hus Entertainment, was picked up by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Kokomlemle, a suburb of Accra, as the prime suspect in the murder of Fennec, who was the manager of controversial Hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese, aka Abodam. The police claimed Bull Dog sent some threatening text messages to Fennec in 2012. According to the police, the threats were precipitated by a misunderstanding that ensured between Hiplife trio VIP, under the management of Bull Haus on one hand, and Kwaw Abodam Kesse on the other, as far back as 2012. But Bull Dogs counsel said, We do not see how a verbal altercation could be ground for an action in criminal law, let alone an action in a matter as serious as murder. There was nothing connecting him to the offence, absolutely nothing. So we were fortified by this to go to the high court and tell the court that in view of these material facts before the court, we didnt think that they must still hold our client; and the court agreed with us, Nimako Marfo articulated. The court agreed with us that the facts do not in any way support the charge of murder. The facts are merely speculative and do not link him to the offence and in the view of the court when he appeared before them for interrogation, he ought to have been allowed to go home, he told universe.com.gh official website for Radio Universe 105.7.
