The NPP is in a 6 against 1 contest, so it is not strange that all the attack is against the clear favourite, Nana Akufo-Addo. Aware that there is nothing that they can do to defeat him, some of Nana's challengers have decided to spread lies about the health of Nana Addo. I write to tell them that their dirty campaign is putting the delegates off and that they risk not making it to the shortlist of five candidates if they continue down that sick path. Let me advise those with diehard ambitions that every four years that they are also rejected they also get older. To age does not mean you are poor in health. To age means you are richer in experience and wisdom for those with the capacity. Akufo-Addo has shown time and again to have that capacity. As part of some people's campaign strategy, they have created a lie and has kept pushing that lie that Nana is not well. What is unwell is their own campaign, not Nana. Some propaganda tool, like GAKE, have been on record wishing Akufo-Addo dead. God will continue to protect and bless the man who has something great to offer our dear nation. When Nana was yet to start his campaign, they said he was not strong enough to travel. When he started his campaign and all the endorsements started coming in, they said it was not fair. When Nana, being the thinker that he is, decided to suspend his campaign to help monitor the registration exercise and get the party people to also focus on it in their constituencies, rather than following the leader, some of his opponents are going around saying it is because Nana is not well. Well, I have news for them. Nana announced in Wa last Friday he will be monitoring the exercise, they should monitor him well well to see if he is sick. What is sick is Ghana's voter register. Like Nana said winning 2016 starts now. If they are serious about 2016 and not 2020, then let them show it by joining Nana to pick their own constituencies to help with the monitoring. Let them support the exercise with their cash. Akufo-Addo is getting all the endorsements because he is loved. The people say their minds are already made up and they are united behind Nana Akufo-Addo. If they don't have the stamina for the race they should discharge themselves from the race and stop spreading unhealthy lies about the choice of the people. The NPP has made up its mind already. This idea of faking press releases and making a ridiculous claim that I, Hopeson Adorye, is saying Nana suspended his campaign for health reasons is very laughable. Let me repeat, the NPP has made up its mind already. 2016 is a repeat of the Akufo-Addo and Bawumia ticket. And, this time the party is determined not to let the team down.
