Berekum Chelsea Owner Kyeremeh Planning To Put up the Club for Sale

Emmanuel Kyeremeh, businessman owner and bankroller of Ghana premier league side Berekum Chelsea is planning to put up the club for sale, sources have indicated. Rumours of a sale have hovered around the club in recent months, as the cub has apparently struggled to maintain the pedigree that won them the Ghanaian league three seasons ago. The 2011 CAF Champions league campaigners have endured a miserable time on the pitch in recent years as the funds dried up. Last season the club narrowly avoided relegation, limping to a 12th place finish, two places above the relegation positions and only survived after beating King Faisal in the last league match. One source close to the club said Mr Kyeremeh revealed that the Chattered accountant was looking for a good businessman to take over the club. Chelsea has struggled to meet up the huge financial demands that brought the club into the limelight of Ghanaian football after their qualification into the Ghana league seven seasons ago.
