Just as it has been recorded in almost all the other regions of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo seem to have taken a huge leap into the lead by polling 73 votes in the New Patriotic Party�s Super Delegates Congress at the Osu Salem centre. Dr. Konadu Apraku, Steven Asamoah Boateng , Francis Addai Nimo, and Kofi Osei Ameyaw all recorded zero votes. The provisional results also indicated that Joe Gartey and Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng bagged 3 votes each.
