The night was for dancing to great music from top Ghanaian musicians, but it was also for telecom operator, Tigo Ghana to surprise guests. The event was Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Grand Ball, which brought together lovers and patrons of Ghanaian music to support a worthy course � raise funds to support the Ageing Musicians Welfare Fund (AMWEF) of MUSIGA. As major sponsor of the event, Tigo gave patrons high end giveaways including Samsung S5, HTC 1, Blackberry Q10, High speed internet modems, Airtime and hampers. The company�s Chief Executive Officer, Roshi Motman, also had a cause to celebrate � she is on a transformational journey with Tigo Ghana � rebuilding it to gain lost grounds and lead on innovation. For Roshi Motman, the joy of leading her team with a new vision and strategy was tempting enough for her to let go and dance the night away. Having been recently-appointed to head the operations of Tigo Ghana, Roshi is very much aware of the task ahead and is making giant steps to strengthen her team to win new customers and celebrate the existing base by giving them value for money.
