Smirnoff, one of the leading brands of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, Ghana�s only total beverage company and a subsidiary of Diageo, will on Thursday, September 18, treat a session of Ghanaian media and selected adult consumers to an exclusive 3D showing at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra Mall. The session will see the media and some lucky adult consumers being among the first to see a 3D movie at Silverbird Accra Mall. The gesture forms part of a new Smirnoff Ice double black campaign dubbed �Smirnoff Double Side� to be launched during the exclusive movie showing same day at the Silverbird Cinemas. According to Solange Kuimo, Head of Innovations and Marketing Manager �We are giving the media and selected consumers the first time experience of 3D as it is new to the cinemas in Accra Mall. This is also our own unique way of showing appreciation to the media and our loyal consumers for their support for our products, events, and activations over the past years�. Smirnoff is well known for making good times better for many people and this is one of the many ways the brand is doing this. Giving a gist of the double side campaign, Ms. Kuimo said, �The Smirnoff Double Side will be one remarkable campaign aimed at giving young adults the opportunity to break free from their typical lifestyles. It will be an integration of fun activities on social media and on-ground activations that will provide the platform to socialize and relieve stress in responsible and exciting ways. Smirnoff Double Side will create the platform for the young adult to show the other side of their character not known to their peers to give them a feel of their unusual self. Adults 18 years and above can gain entry to this event by purchasing 4 bottles of Smirnoff Ice Double Black or Smirnoff Red Ice from selected outlets in Accra. This will qualify them for tokens to admit them to the 3D movie showing. The show will start at 7.30PM at the Silver bird cinema in Accra Mall.
