Lionel Messi says he �never imagined� he would reach 400 career goals, after surpassing the landmark with two goals in Barcelona�s 6-0 win over Granada.
The Argentine was the star of the show in his side�s demolition of the Andalusian side, with two goals and two assists to see him rack up his 400th and 401st goals for club and country.
The 27-year-old admitted after the game that he never quite believed he could reach such a momentous milestone in his career and said he is targeting more records.
�I never imagined I could achieve anything like this in my career,� he wrote on his official Facebook page.
