New Ministry of Powder To Sort Out Troubled Powder Industry

In keeping with the recent practice of splitting up existing ministries to create new ones, the president has reportedly created the Ministry of Powder out of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration. The newly created Ministry of Powder, according to the official statement, is part of a broader plan to bring some order into the troubled powder industry. This new ministry has been specially created to bring about a sharper focus on the efficient transportation of powder through the Kotoka International Airport. As part of its mandate, the Ministry of Powder will be expected to utilise all known diversionary tactics to avoid answering queries about the Ghanaian governments growing interest in the arrest of an Austrian citizen at Heathrow Airport in London. The statement also confirmed that Dr. Ruby Nayele Chaskele Angel Tewiah, MP for Airport VVIP Lounge constituency has been nominated as minister-designate and will be vetted by parliaments Appointments Committee in the coming weeks. The minister-designate will have her office at the VVIP lounge of the KIA, where she will work closely with a small group of dedicated airport ground staff to deliver bags of powder- which may easily be mistaken for gold, to random passengers travelling in first class.
