An Accra Fast Track today sat on the case involving musician Shatta Wale, and events company Charterhouse and its Director, Iyiola Ayaode.
It was adjourned to December 8, the fourth since the case was first heard.
Charterhouse and its CEO have a filed a lawsuit for defamation against Wale, seeking damages to the tune of some 10 million cedis.
