As part of 2131 clubs objective to assist the next generation of young leaders to identify their desires, grow their passion and connect to the business world in an environment full of like-minded people, club members have embarked on a tour of tertiary institutions across Ghana aimed at practically engaging and motivating students towards leadership development. The Tour which began with the University of Education, Winneba, afforded students in the tertiary institution the opportunities of being inspired, mentored and motivated by the life successes of Jeremie Van-Garshong (Live91.9 Radio Presenter), Rodney Moses and Jay Foley (CEO of 2131 Group of Companies). Co-Founder of 2131CLUBS/ Live91.9 Radio Presenter, encouraged the students present to push limits and challenge boundaries no matter the circumstances which may come their way. According to her �it takes one day for everything to change� and for someone to believe in you and your works or talent. "Therefore have a purpose in life and never give up on your dreams" she added. The Founder of 2131, Jay Foley whose keynotes were based on his true-life trials and triumphs said, "the youth sound never be limited by life�s unforeseen circumstances. But rather find the mental strength to recognize and take advantage of opportunities which may come their way". Also touching on the key points of #YouAndYourBusiness theme, Rodney Moses urged the student to take into consideration the importance of entrepreneurship as the main pillar to assist in the development of a country and one�s career choices.
