Airtel Ghana has refurbished its shops in Tema, Takoradi Tamale, Madina, Dansoman with more in the pipeline as a demonstration of the company�s commitment to offering customers the best in retailing experience. The refurbishment will also increase Airtel�s business presence in these major cities and will cater for a lot more of its customers. The shops have been redesigned with the comfort of customers in mind. The optimized and well organized floor spacing hold even more customers than before and make the available services and retail staff easily accessible. The entire milieu has been excitingly enhanced with Airtel�s brand colours, decorations and advertisements. Another advantage of visiting any of the shops is the wide array of the latest devices such as phones, routers, mifis, modems which are on sale. The handset range caters to customers who want to access data services such as video calls and internet downloads and those who want quality network solutions for voice calls. Furthermore, Airtel has created a chic premier lounge to cater for our premier customers which is the first of its kind in the telecoms industry in Ghana and a dedicated counter for the ever growing Airtel Money customers to carry out all the service�s transactions with ease.
