AFCON 2015: Guinea Coach Disappointed In His Side�s Defeat To Ghana

Guinea coach Michel Dussuyer has expressed disappointment following his side’s exit from the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.
The Syli National missed out on a Semi-Final place after losing 3-0 to the Black Stars on Sunday.

Guinea, who had failed to go beyond the quarterfinals stage for the past 39 years, could not match the strength of their Ghanaian counterparts as they suffered humiliation at the Estadio de Malabo.

The 1976 Cup of Nations finalist were hoping to record their first victory over the Black Stars on Sunday to usher them into the last four of the competition.

Dussuyer, who guided Guinea to qualify out of the group stages has expressed discontentment followings his side's loss to the Black Stars.

"I'm very disappointed in my team because they didn't play too well. I expected more from them but in the end we couldn't contain the pressure from Ghana,"  he said.

Ghana thus set a date with the host [Equatorial Guinea] on Thursday at the Nuevo Estadio de Malabo.
