Mix Reactions In Hearts Camp Over Goalkeeping Selection For Kotoko Clash

Ghanasportonline.com understands that Accra Hearts of Oak are in limbo over the selection of two goalkeepers for their week five League fixture with sworn rivals Asante Kotoko.

Reports from the camp of the Phobians indicates that coach Herbert Addo is beleaguered on making a selection between his three goalkeepers, thus Tetteh Luggard, Soulama Abdulai and Seidu Mutawakilu.

According to inside sources at the club, many have called on Luggard to be dropped from the squad for the crucial game in Kumasi following his recent poor performance in the First Capital plus Premier League.

There has been calls to select the two former Asante Kotoko goalkeepers [Mutawakilu and Soulama] whom many believes could be swayed by their former Club if putting in post for the big clash on Sunday.

This has left Coach Herbert Addo and his technical men in a divided line over the selection for goalkeepers for the crunch game at the Babayara Sports Stadium.

Hearts has failed to beat their fiercest rivals in the domestic top-flight for the past four seasons.
