Government has approved a new draft bill for conditions of service for health workers. The bill is to come into effect by June this year.

The Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Haruna Iddrisu who announced this at a two day workshop to validate the final draft copy of the conditions of service for the Ghana Health Service, said the absence of conditions for the health workers, accounts for the various agitations in the health sector.
