Before, it was a hearsay information that the entire Black Stars players and their management will each drive home a Jeep Cherokee vehicle as a reward for placing second in the just ended Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

But the rumor seems concrete as real evidence shows that all the cars are ready to be picked by the players and their management.

Family members and relatives of the players who have left the shores of the country for their various bases in Europe would in the course of the week walk in to the yard of the company and drive home one of the vehicles.

The Jeep Cherokee vehicle cost $76,000 each and would be supplied by Tannick Automobile, a company located on the Ashaiman-Tema motorway. The company is known for importing Jeep and Chrysler vehicles into the country.

The vehicle forms part of the reward Government is presenting to the senior national team for their do well performance at the tournament hosted by Equatorial Guinea.
