Youth and Sports Minister, Hon Mahama Ayariga has met with His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah Bin Mossad Bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The two held talks on cooperation to develop sports in Ghana and Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness, Prince Abdullah Bin Mossad Bin Abdulaziz is very keen to work closely with Ghana's Minister for Youth and Sports ministry to develop sports for the mutual benefit of the people of both countries.

According to Mahama Ayariga, Ghana's recent performance in the African Cup of Nations has made a great impression on most sports lovers who are seeking to establish special ties with Ghana in the area of sports development.

The Chairman of the board of the National Sports Authority, Hassan Ligbi, the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantekyi and the chief Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sport are among the delegation currently in Saudi Arabia
