Hearts Coach Gets 3-Match Ultimatum

Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Herbert Addo is sitting on a time bomb following the club’s uninspiring performance lately.

An insider of the club revealed that the board had given the coach a three-match ultimatum to do something about the current situation or face the music.

The board arrived at the decision when it met last Monday evening.

The ultimatum resumes today when the Phobians host Aduana Stars in their midweek clash at the Accra Stadium.

It as well covers the Hearts-AS Police CAF Confederations Cup encounter in Benin this weekend and later when they play as guests of Sekondi Hasaacas in week 10 of the First Capital Plus Premier League.

Hearts had gone past two successive games without picking a point, pushing them into the relegation zone.

Experts have tagged today’s clash as a mustwin for the Phobians considering their current predicament; but that seems to be a tall order taking into account the razor-sharp form of their opponents, who are placed second on the league log.
