Vice President of the Ghana Football Association and General Coordinator of National Teams Fred Crentsil told reporters at the GFA Secretariat on Tuesday that Avram Grant signed a contract not to become only the head coach of the Black Stars but also as the technical director of the national teams. "He (Avram Grant) is suppose to give the technical direction to all national teams so he will travel with the team to observe their training and offer directives and guidlines to head coach Sellas Tetteh", Crentsil said. "He is not going to take over the job from Sellas Tetteh but he is just yo monitor their training and after that he will give directives as to how they should go about it", "Sellas Tetteh cannot say he does need it because every coach will welcome technical advise and from Avram Grant's pedigree, there's no way Sellas Tetteh will reject his advise on technical issues" Crentsil added.
