Ill Bring In New Players - Says Ducnan

New Kumasi Asante Kotoko Head coach, David Duncan, has hinted that the team will bring in new faces to augment the work of the squad they have at present.

Interacting with the media after their 1-0 victory against Liberty Professionals, David Duncan’s first home game in charge of the Porcupine Warriors, acknowledged that his team falls short in some departments of the game.

“Kotoko are short in some departments and I will bring in players who won’t cost a thing but will be the envy of other teams and fans,” the former Hearts trainer said.

“We have a thin squad that plays well,” he added.

Duncan also gave the fans of the Kumasi based club an idea of what to expect from him when he finally gets the team going the way he wants.

“When I assemble my own squad you will see how aggressive, intensive and how freely my players will express themselves on the pitch,” he said.

Kotoko are now up to 5th on the league table with 19 points, 6 adrift of leaders Ashgold who lost away to struggling B A United on Sunday.
