Asante Kotoko have renewed their sponsorship deal with Fidelity Bank which now runs until the end of the 2018-19 season Ghana Sports can authoritatively confirm.

Fidelity Bank has renewed its commitment to Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club with a sponsorship package of GHC 216, 000 for the next three years.

This is the 2nd time the Bank has entered into a 3 year sponsorship agreement with the record Ghanaian champions.

Commenting on the agreement, the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Jim Baiden stated that Fidelity Bank believes in sports development considering the contribution of Sports to National development and cohesion, hence, its decision to support the football club.

He added that Fidelity Bank believes in giving back to the community in various fields including sports.

The General Manager of the Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club, Mr. Samuel Opoku Nti expressed gratitude to Fidelity Bank for the kind gestuure. “On behalf of the life Patron, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, members of the Board of Directors, Management, Technical team and teaming supporters, we extend our sincere gratitude for your support over the years.

"Your sponsorship will go a long way to strengthen the finances of the football club and enable us win more trophies in Ghana and Africa".

”It is expected that the renewal of the sponsorship package for the next 3 years will see both institutions benefiting mutually. The corporate relationship between Fidelity Bank and the Porcupine Warriors is expected to deepen following the renewal. Fidelity is the official bank of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
