The publication quoted a source to have said, “Everyone knows how tight Castro and Sarkodie are, not even the songs they do, but how close they are but Sarkodie has not even visited Castro’s family since the case happened. The father is so sad about it and he always expresses that to his friends”.

However, Mr. John Eshun, father of Castro, who spoke to Pluzz FM has furiously denied ever making such remarks. He challenged any journalist to produce the tape to prove their claims.

“I have never spoken to any journalist. I have never discussed this to anybody. It is a blatant lie. Any journalist who claims I granted him such an interview should come out with the tape”, he vehemently noted.

Contrary to his daring remarks, the writer of the story, Kwesi Koomson insists Mr. Eshun spoke to him but not on record.

It is unclear whether Castro’s father spoke to the writer in confidence or such comments were never made.
