Only a handful of business owners in Ghana will surprise their female workers on a special occasion to celebrate mothers worldwide.

One of these business moguls is the Founder and Chairman of Kasapreko Company Limited, Dr. Kwabena Adjei who surprisingly gave all his female workers a half-day-off from their busy working schedules on Monday and feted them to a sumptuous lunch.

Moments after "freeing" the workers to a surprise feast, Dr. Kwabena Adjei however took the position of a front desk officer [Receptionist] to receive calls from clients.

He also occupied the accountant's office and represented as a sales executive to interact with his products' patrons.

This gesture by the Chief Executive Officer of Kasapreko, manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages who was returning from a business trip, was to appreciate the hard work of his female employees.

According to him, “Motherhood is tough 24 hour job, no pay, no day off, sometimes it is unappreciated, yet resignation is impossible. A mother is a woman who is created by God to bring love, joy, happiness and caring into the world.”

…God has created a woman to be a mother, even though motherhood is a full time job, a mother's work is never done,” he added.
