Comedian and Actor David Oscar has hit back again at actress Yvonne Nelson after, she questioned his credibility as a comedian in a recent social media rant over who supports the #Dumsormuststop campaign and who does not.

David Oscar first took to his Facebook page to announce his disinterest in the campaign, as well as the upcoming #DumsorMustStop Vigil last week.

According to David, he was not going to be hypocritical and join the ongoing campaign. He continued by saying Ghana is full of fault seekers and less of vision implementers.

Yvonne Nelson replied shortly in a tweet, saying:
“What a shame! Is David Oscar Ghanaian? Does he live in Gh?” 

The comedian in a sarcastic and humorous post on his Instagram page few hours ago spoke about Yvonne Nelson’s alleged change in complexion and also asked Yvonne to “stay away from Nigerian boys who are only interested your waist”.

David told Peacefmonline.com this morning that he has nothing against Yvonne Nelson as a person but he is expressing his opinion like any ordinary Ghanaian. “We are in a democratic country so I am exercising my freedom of speech just like Yvonne has been doing. Nothing personal”, David said.

Asked if he is happy now that it looks like the vigil may not happen, David “Oh not all….I really hope it happens”.

David also disclosed that some executives from a certain political party in Ghana have being calling to commend him on his comments about the #Dumsormuststop. He however said he didn’t speak for any political party and that no party should associate themselves to his comment.
