Arthur Kennedy Is Gods Gift To The NPP... They Must Hold Him High- Alhaji Dori

His plot is not to furnace the internal wrangling that continues to rock the New Patriotic Party but rather, to advise the party to place more value on suggestions that come from Dr. Arthur Kennedy.

From afar, Alhaji Dori, a staunch member of the National Democratic Congress feels the NPP’s suggestion to expel one of its leading members from the party, is a wrong move and could haunt them for years.

In an interview with Peacefmonline.com, Alhaji Ibrahim Dori revealed that after reading Dr. Arthur Kennedy’s response to Dr. Amoako Baah on the expulsion issue, he couldn’t hold back his admiration for the one time presidential aspirant of the NPP. According to him the piece Dr. Kennedy issued concerning a scheme to oust him from the NPP touched on how intolerant the party had become.

“Its worrying if a party that sings and dance DEMOCRACY resort to expulsion of leading members as the remedy to get them out of the way. It is an unfortunate thing”, Alhaji Dori, a former TEIN president of the University of Ghana said.

He challenged the NPP to deny the authenticity of Dr. Kennedy's constructive criticism and advised them to move away from vilifying him anytime he makes his point.

Head of the Department of History and Political Science of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Dr. Amoako Baah, has advised the NPP to expel Dr. Arthur Kennedy from the party. He described the one time presidential aspirant as a person who has a personal vendetta against Nana Akufo Addo and has become a cancer in the NPP.

This was followed up with a response from Dr. Arthur Kennedy to Dr. Amoako Baah.  He categorically stated that he isn’t against Nana Addo and never did he know that being against the flag-bearer in the NPP could be grounds for expulsion. He added that he had a political expert like Dr. Amoak Baah to bring light rather than heat to the issue when he intervened.

But Alhaji Ibrahim Dori insists that Dr. Arthur Kennedy is God sent to the NPP and must be held in high esteem.
