GLICO LIFE Reinvigorates Its Nationwide Sales Managers For Greater Success

GLICO Life Insurance Company (GLICO LIFE) has organized a two day intensive training programme for all its Sales Managers nationwide on the theme: “Breaking Barriers to stand out”.

The training programme which took place in Accra and brought together all the Sales & Marketing managers, was aimed to equip the Sales Managers with specific techniques to offer a more comprehensive approach to providing clients with excellent services before and after sales.

In his opening address, Mr. K. Achampong-Kyei (Executive Chairman of GLICO GROUP), welcomed all the participants who attended the training from the 21 GLICO LIFE branches nationwide and stressed that, “We can no longer continue to do things the way we use to do them; we must change with the competitive tide to reposition ourselves again as the most preferred private insurance company in Ghana".

Addressing the trainees, Mr. Edward Forkuo Kyei, Managing Director of GLICO LIFE, energized the sales managers by remarking that, " we set the pace for others to follow so let our actions on the market reflect the mark of a pace setter".
Further, he encouraged the Sales Managers to adjust to the changes in customer expectations and demands in today’s competitive business environment. Mr. Forkuo Kyei also advised them to take the training seriously to improve their sales as customers have become more sophisticated and require efficient services. He added that "today, service is the only differentiator".
