Black Stars Coach Avram Grant is astonished by the timing of the White Paper report of the commission released by the government.
 
The Ghana government on Friday released the recommendation of the Justice Dzamefe led Commission that was assigned to probe into Ghana’s participation at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The Black Stars trainer who is not worried about the content of the white paper is apprehensive on the timing of the release by government.

"I do not worry about the document because I don't know what is in it but I don't think it is fair you release it with three days to a game like this,” Grant said at the pre-match press briefing.

"Why did the people wait with three days to the game before releasing it? My players are matured and it cannot derail them. But I think it has taken all the attention from the game,” he added.

Ghana host Mauritius in an AFCON qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
