The former Black Stars player died after he was rushed to the government hospital in Sunyani whiles watching the Black Stars AFCON qualifier against Mauritius.
Arthur who won the Africa Club Champions trophy with Asante Kotoko is famed for his goal scoring instinct.
The striker was part of the Asante Kotoko squad that thrashed Egyptian giants Al Ahly at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the African Club Champions.
The former BA United Chief Executive Officer was an instrumental member of the Black Stars in the 80’s.
