West Ham Lead Race of Premier League Clubs Interested In Jordan Ayew

Jordan Ayew – brother of new Swansea signing Andre – could be following his brother to the Premier League, with the Swans one of a number of clubs interested.

Ayew the younger is said to fancy a move to the Premier League, and after hitting thirteen goals for French side Lorient (where his elder brother previously enjoyed a spell on loan from Marseille) last season he doesn’t seem to be short of suitors.

Talk is that six Premier League sides have enquired as to his availability, but there are numerous factors which would suggest Swansea as an ideal destination.

Firstly, brotherly love. The culture shock of moving to a new country would surely be softened by having a family member on hand, and with Andre already in SA1 he’s surely to hear positive things about the club.

Secondly the Swans still need a striker, and rated at five million that would definitely seem to be in the right price-range given we’ve already committed a chunk of our budget to his elder brother.
