In a dramatic twist of events, musician Mzbel has denied disclosing the father of her child, Aaron, to Caroline Sampson.

Mzbel's reaction follows an earlier disclosure by Caroline on Viasat1's Celebrity Fanzone last Saturday night, where the latter claimed that the musician had confirmed the paternal parent of the child to her through a private conversation.

According to Caroline, Mzbel told her that UT boss, Prince Kofi Amoabeng, is responsible for the child. “I had a private chat with her (Mzbel) on BBM and she told me Prince Kofi Amoabeng is the father of her child. She is my friend and I believed what she told me. Prince Kofi Amoabeng has also come out saying, he is not the father,” Caroline revealed on Celebrity Fanzone.

But hours after the news went viral, Mzbel took to her Instagram page to react. According to her, she and Caroline are not friends, and if Caroline has not revealed the identity of her child to her (Mzbel), why would she do that?

Below is Mzbel's unedited statement:

“Letter to Caroline Sampson: You not my friend, You not my relative, I don’t know who your baby dad is so why will I tell u who mine is? Now I understand why u called a while ago giving me all that looooong explaination… Guilty huh? I’m not upset tho, just disappointed cos as I mum I expected that by now u know the sacrifices parents make in other to protect their kids…
 

Maybe I did gave u an answer to some unnecessary question u asked me years back, but hey was that not what u were expecting to hear?
