My BET Award Is For The Flood & Fire Disaster Victims � Stonebwoy
Ghana’s dancehall artist, Stonebwoy has dedicated his 2015 Bet award for Best International Act – Africa to victims of Ghana’s June 3 flood and fire disaster that claimed over 150 lives.
Ghana’s artist of the year said his win was a - “victory for the whole of Ghana.”
The “Baafira” hit man also shared a video of his acceptance speech with an inscription - “GHANA WON!! Dedicate this to the whole Ghana my fans (BhimNation) not forgetting the flood victims. Thank You God!!”
Stonebwoy‘s win was Ghana’s second in three years after Sarkodie shared his 2012 award with Nigeria’s Wizkid.
