Randy Abbey Will Not Contest GFA�s Presidential Seat

This year’s federation’s presidential elections have been fixed for Monday August 17 in Tamale.

The Nation’s football governing body has further set Monday July 13 as the date to officially open   nominations for interested persons.

Randy Abbey who was reported to have expressed interest in the top position says he will not contest in the FA’s presidential race.

“I’m not interested in it and don’t care who contest, I have more important things on my mind and not the Presidency, my focus is on my team Lions.”

This leaves female Philanthropist Ofeibea Ramatu as the only contender for Kwesi Nyantekyi after she vehemently expressed interest in contesting the CAF executive committee member.
