Ohemaa Mercy on Happy FM’s Friday Party Mix after sharing stories of her struggle years before all the fame and money told DJ Advicer; “In 2005/6, I recieved about 9 nominations from the Ghana Music Awards.

The funny aspect of it is that my husband and I didn’t know we were nominated until someone told us and bought the tickets for us to go see the awards show.

“So we were sitting in the back somewhere and whenever the nominations were announced and my video or photo appeared; my husband and I will jump up and scream and hug each other. “Coming from Koforidua it took some time for us understand many things and get use to those kind of things but we met some good people who opened our eyes to many things and how to approach things.”

The launch of the second edition of Ohemaa Mercy’s much anticipated Gospel concert dubbed TEHILLAH EXPERIENCE is set for this August 2nd.
